DRM is derived from Jasmuheen’s Dark Room Retreat.
Maximum number of participants is 10. A preview is possible during your visits.

The intention of DRM is to:

• Wake You up (enlighten you)
• restore your mastery in food and sleep
• manage your fear in and for the dark, the unknown
• break through the automatically-implemented, programmed habits, living and thinking patterns
• all deeper and unprocessed things (shit) flow up, raised or provoked to be processed. They are the root cause of all diseases and problems (which is also uneasy)…

During DRM no food is offered, but water, tea and fruit drinks are available in abundance. Rest at all times, and if you fall asleep, just enjoy the sleep. But we keep each other awake!
Different types of meditations can happen during the retreat (see below).
It is recommended to use blindfolds throughout DRM, to see nothing and / or speak to nobody. There will be no talk or communication during DRM, except on the initiative of the guide, which could take place in private or in group context (a kind of satsang session). You’ll stay absolutely free in whatever you do and not do in every split of a second. We mirror each other in all what we do or not do.

Activities in nature such as walking, jogging, running in a park, forest or beach, can also be part of DRM. During DRM, physical contact is only possible after explicit permission of the individuals involved, e.g massaging each other and / or giving e.g acupuncture session(s). So therapists are also welcome to participate in the retreat.

This dance form has been discovered during my meditation trips to India. This “workshop” aims to let everyone discover his / her own specific ultimate dance form. In addition, the development of self-confidence, expressing emotion, paving the way for negative emotions to flow away. Various types of music are used.
